National Night Out 2026
Save the date for TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026, from 7:00 PM till 8:30 PM. We will gather at the Morning Mist cul-de-sac and hope you can attend. If you have any ideas about games, food, or other activities, please contact the HOA via email. Please bring your favorite side dish, dessert. Water will be provided.
We do hope the Police department and Fire department personnel are able to visit us during this time.

Please note that an updated Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions has been submitted to the HOA attorney. The original Declaration had not been updated since the development was created. Some of the information was outdated and not in compliance with current laws. The attorney has finalized a copy to be approved by the Board. After Board approval, the document will be sent to all the Homeowners for their approval. The new Declaration has to be approved by 67 per cent of the Homeowners for it to be in effect. The Board has not decided on the procedure to collect the votes but the Board hopes to have the process in motion this Fall. Please continue to review the information on the website as changes may occur.

2026 Annual Park Meadow One HOA Meeting

HOA Board Workshop
HOA board workshop will be on Thursday, December 18th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Cozby Library meeting room.
This meeting will be a workshop to discuss updating the HOA declarations and adding a fine schedule so the Homeowners can vote on the updated version in January.
